SIWW2022 officially begins on Monday 18 April 2022!
Join us for the Joint Opening at 8.45AM

The joint opening of Singapore International Water Week (SIWW) 2022 and CleanEnviro Summit Singapore (CESG) 2022 will take place on Monday, 18 April 2022, 8.45am at the Sands Grand Ballroom on Level 5. Our Guest-of-Honour Ms Grace Fu, Singapore Minister for Sustainability and the Environment, will deliver an opening keynote address, followed by a moderated dialogue.

All delegates are invited, and exhibitors are invited to send two representatives to attend. Dress code for the event is shirt without tie (jacket optional) for gentlemen and equivalent for ladies.

ADMINISTRATIVE INSTRUCTIONS

Here are some final reminders for delegates attending SIWW2022:

  1. On-site Badge Collection

    All pre-registered delegates/trade visitors would have received an email with a customised QR code. Please bring along either a digital or printed copy of your customised QR code for badge collection on-site. For assistance, please email registration@siww.com.sg.

    On-site badge collection counters are located on Level 3. Opening hours as follows:

    In anticipation of longer queues on Sunday and Monday morning, we encourage you to arrive early to collect your badges.

  2. Dress Code
    Shirt without tie (jacket optional) for gentlemen, equivalent for ladies

  3. Entry into SIWW2022
    Only fully vaccinated and registered delegates/trade visitors are allowed entry into SIWW2022. SIWW reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who is unable to comply with the entry requirement.

  4. Entry Guidelines into Singapore
    Under Singapore’s new Vaccinated Travel Framework (VTF) that is effective 31 March 2022, all fully vaccinated travellers from any country or region can now enter Singapore quarantine-free. Under the VTF, please ensure you complete the following requirements before arrival in Singapore.

    1. Complete the SG Arrival card declaration and upload a digital verifiable vaccination certificate within 72 hours before departure for Singapore
    2. Print and bring along a physical copy of your vaccination certificate for boarding and immigration checks, with the details in English or translated to English with notarisation
    3. Obtain a negative COVID-19 pre-departure test result taken within two days before departure for Singapore, with non-handwritten test report in English
    4. Install and activate TraceTogether mobile application before arrival in Singapore

Professional Development Units (PDUs)

For professional and chartered engineers, SIWW2022 is accredited with Professional Development Units by the Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB). To claim your PDUs, please email your full name and email address registered with PEB and your PEB Membership Number to registration@siww.com.sg by 30 April 2022.

The PDUs will be accorded to you based on your attendance at SIWW2022.


ADB hosted session at SIWW: 'RUWR: aRe yoU Water Resilient' and 'Asia and the Pacific Water Resilience Hub'

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) invites you to join a 1-hour session on 20 April, 9.00 – 10.00am on mainstreaming water resilience in Asia and the Pacific. The session will unveil details of ADB’s new resilience initiatives. A panel of experts, representing diverse water sector stakeholders will discuss examples, challenges, entry points, and good practices of water resilience in water entities in the region.

The event will announce the formal launch of the initiatives, including RUWR and the Asia and the Pacific Water Resilience Hub, as well as a forthcoming Guidance Note on Mainstreaming Water Resilience in Asia and the Pacific.

We are also helping to create the water utility of the future by providing sustainable technologies for water, wastewater and sludge handling in a circular economy. We develop, design and implement smart, tailored technological solutions. These provide high-quality, sustainable water and wastewater treatment, helping water companies move towards Net Zero and a circular economy.
